The problem
Service businesses were juggling bookings across calls, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets. The client needed one place where customers could self-serve bookings and providers could control slots centrally.
The solution
I'm building a Next.js platform with a Node.js API and MongoDB. Providers manage working hours and slots; customers search, filter, and book; the system guards against double-booking and keeps both sides notified.
